Account and data deletion

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This page describes how users of Sviy dlya Svoikh (Svoi Platform) can delete their account and the data associated with it.

Delete your account now

If you are signed in to your profile, you can delete your account right away on this page — in the app or on the website.

How to do it:

  1. Sign in to your account on the website or in the app.
  2. Open this page — the account deletion form appears below.
  3. Enter your account password to confirm.
  4. Tick the box confirming that you understand the account and all related data will be deleted and cannot be restored.
  5. Click “Delete account permanently”. The account and related data are deleted immediately and you are signed out.

If the password is incorrect or too many attempts have been made, the form will show an error — try again later. An administrator account cannot be deleted through the form — please contact support.

1) If you cannot sign in — submit a request

  1. Prepare information to identify your account: e-mail, phone number (if you provided one), and (if possible) a link to your profile or your user ID.
  2. Send your request in one of the following ways:
  3. In your message, write the phrase “Please delete my account and related data” and include your details so we can find the account (e-mail/phone).
  4. If necessary, we may ask for additional confirmation that the account belongs to you (to prevent deletion on someone else’s request).

2) What data will be deleted

After your request is confirmed, we delete or anonymize the data associated with your account, including:

  • account data (e-mail, password hash, account role/status);
  • profile data (first/last name, photo, description, contact details, social links, other profile fields);
  • content you published on the Platform (services/requests/reviews) — deleted or anonymized depending on the type of content;
  • uploaded images (avatar, photos of services/requests), unless they are needed to preserve the integrity of other records.

Chat messages may be deleted or anonymized so as not to break the integrity of other users’ conversations.

3) What data may be retained and for how long

  • Technical logs may be kept for a limited time for security and diagnostics (usually up to 90 days).
  • Backups may contain some data until they are overwritten (usually up to 30 days).
  • Data we are required by law to retain (where applicable) may be kept for the period required by law.

4) Processing time

We aim to complete a deletion request within 30 days of confirming the identity of the account owner.

5) Additional information

For more details on how personal data is processed, see the Privacy Policy.
