Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what data the “Sviy dlya Svoikh” platform (the “Platform”, “we”, “us”) collects and processes, for what purposes, how we protect it, and what rights you have.
This Policy applies to the website and the mobile app (if you use the Platform through the WebView/Capacitor-based app), as well as to related services and APIs.
1. Who is the data controller and how to contact us
The controller (operator) of personal data is the “Sviy dlya Svoikh” project team.
Contact details for privacy-related inquiries: https://t.me/sviydlyasvoih or e-mail support@sviydlyasvoih.com.ua.
2. What data we collect
We process the data you provide and the technical data generated while you use the Platform:
- Account data: first and last name, e-mail, phone number (if provided), password hash (we do not store your password in plain text), account role/type.
- Profile data (at your discretion): city/region, photo/avatar, description (bio), age and gender (if filled in), family details and interests (if you fill them in), links to social networks/messengers (for example, Telegram).
- Business profile data (where applicable): information about your business/sole proprietorship (FOP), business category, contact details, links and descriptions of services.
- Content and interactions: chat messages, requests/listings, reviews/replies, ratings, favorites, complaints.
- Files and images: images you upload (for example, an avatar or photos of services/requests). We store them as files on the server and serve them via URL.
- Technical and diagnostic data: IP address, user agent, session data (token), activity time, as well as search parameters (query, city, number of results) — for security, abuse prevention and improving the service.
The Platform is currently free of charge. We do not collect or process users’ payment data (for example, bank card details).
3. Where we get data from
- Directly from you — when you register, fill in your profile, publish content and send messages.
- Automatically — when you use the website/app (technical data, cookies, security logs).
4. What we use data for
- Creating and maintaining your account, authentication and sign-in security.
- Providing Platform functionality: profiles, catalog, services, requests, chat, reviews.
- Preventing fraud, abuse and spam, and ensuring security and stability.
- Supporting users and responding to inquiries.
- Complying with legal requirements (where applicable).
5. What other users can see
Some information you publish yourself, and it may be visible to other users of the Platform. For example: first/last name (or business name), city, photo, description, published services/requests, reviews. You control how most profile fields are filled in.
Chat messages are visible only to the participants of the relevant conversation.
6. Cookies and local storage
To make authorization work, we use cookies (including httpOnly cookies) and may use the browser’s local storage (localStorage) to store technical session data. You can clear cookies and localStorage in your browser/device settings, but this may require you to sign in again.
7. Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell personal data. We may share data only in the following cases:
- With infrastructure providers (hosting/servers/databases) — because the service cannot operate without them.
- When required by law — if we are obliged to disclose data under applicable law and lawful requests.
We currently do not use third-party advertising SDKs and do not show ads. If third-party analytics or advertising is added in the future, we will update this Policy.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data: password hashing, access control, request rate limiting, security logs. At the same time, no method of data transmission or storage can be 100% secure.
9. Retention periods
We keep data for as long as necessary to operate the service and achieve the purposes of processing. For example, profile data is kept while the account is active; technical logs and sessions may be kept for a limited time for security and diagnostics.
10. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the following rights:
- to access your data;
- to correct inaccurate data;
- to delete your account and data (unless this conflicts with legal requirements);
- to restrict processing in certain cases.
To exercise these rights, contact us using the contact details in section 1. You can delete your account yourself on the page /account-deletion (in the app or on the website).
11. Children
The Platform is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us — we will take steps to delete such data.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
